Lindsay Ondracek

This is a hobby art form and if we’re not enjoying the process, we’re doing it wrong. I’m a 3x Barbershop Harmony Australia Gold Medalist and I’ve represented Australia at Barbershop Harmony Society International in 2016, 2023, and 2024. I’ve also lived the long, real development arc: I came up from a quartet scoring in the 50s all the way to 81.4 in 2025. That experience shapes how I coach - clear priorities, practical rehearsal tools, and steady, measurable progress. My specialties are musicality, group dynamics, and performance craft: taking a song from “correct notes and words” to a cohesive, confident package that communicates and entertains. Through coaching weekends with Mixed Signals, I’ve had the chance to work with ensembles across the Eastern and Tasmanian regions - something I see as a meaningful way to give back after benefiting from so much coaching and mentorship over the years. I look forward to helping ensembles connect more deeply with their music, with each other, and with their audience.
