Geordie Cullen

Geordie Cullen is a passionate and experienced barbershop coach with over 10 years in the craft. He brings a strong blend of performance, directing, and coaching expertise to help ensembles and quartets make magic. Geordie has competed extensively since 2014 in BHA chorus and quartet contests, including six competitive quartets. He has been mentored by several established coaches over the years including, Dan Bennett, Jono Albertini, Sean Devine, and Drew Wheaton. As a coach and conductor, Geordie has worked with both barbershop and other a cappella groups including conducting ensembles in Australian Eisteddfods and the 2025 World Choir Games in Denmark. Geordie complements his musical coaching with a solid theatrical foundation from studies in performing arts, dramaturgy, and voice acting. He is deeply committed to helping singers and groups improve through clear, supportive feedback and is motivated by a desire to give back to the barbershop community that shaped his own journey. Geordie is available for chorus and quartet coaching on the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.
